First Vegan Breakfast

After reading this book I have decided to try to go Vegan. I normally like meat alright, but it's not something that makes a meal for me. I like cheese a LOT so hopefully the cheese replacements I find are pretty good. I went to Whole Foods last night and stocked up on my first week (I imagine quite a few of the items will last 2 weeks) of Vegan foods. We'll see how this goes!

Holidays

Well, I'll say this.. the holidays are usually not a good time for people trying to lose weight. That stretch between Halloween and Christmas can sometimes get extended through Valentine's Day candy. Yesterday I said enough was enough and got back to it. I felt so good 2 1/2 weeks into Turbofire last October/November. I don't know why I ever stopped. I'm getting a little tired of starting over. Yesterday was day one of Turbofire - the Fire 30 class. Today is day two which I believe is the HIIT 15 or 20 workout. Yesterday Superman and I decided that all of the candy and processed foods need to go and only healthy foods should be left in the house. If we are going to have unhealthy foods it should be out of the house in a single serving rather than bringing it into the house where we can eat on a bag or box of something for a few days. I would like to follow Chalene Johnson's eating plan that comes with the Turbofire DVDs. Has anyone done this? It seems pretty s...
